- Implement and advocate for emerging standards like MCP
Requirements
- 15+ years in software engineering
- Expert in Java or Scala (distributed systems focus) and Python
- Deep experience building extensible frameworks, high-throughput APIs, and libraries
- Hands-on experience with Multi-Agent Orchestration and Agentic RAG
- Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- Experience with AI-native CI/CD features
- Understanding of automated workflows for human approval
- Expert-level experience with GitOps workflows
- Mastery of Terraform and infrastructure-as-code
- Proficiency in designing modern CI pipelines
- Experience with OpenTelemetry for distributed systems
- Deep proficiency in AWS and Azure Management Consoles
- Proven ability to build cloud-agnostic platform layers
- Experience with cloud-native tools for governance and cost optimization
