8+ years of engineering experience, with a proven track record of leading large or rapidly scaling teams.
A background in software development earlier in your career is highly valued.
Experience leading engineering teams in environments with millions of active users.
Ability to design systems that thrive under global pressure.
Comfort with context-switching and managing a portfolio of products rather than a single product.

Mastery of asynchronous communication and ability to build high-performing teams across multiple time zones.
