Role Overview
- Design human-centered solutions
- Ensure designs follow accessibility and usability standards in a banking context
- Conduct user research and discovery activities
- Develop wireframes to bring ideas to life
- Iterate on products by incorporating feedback and insights
- Actively understand and align with client goals
- Work closely with Product Owners
- Collaborate with development teams
- Propose new patterns and perform quality checks
- Summarize insights and capture workshop results
- Provide guidance and support to peer designers
- Contribute to a growing Product Design community
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a UX/UI design role
- Expertise in user research, interaction design, prototyping tools and design methodologies
- Deep knowledge of usability, accessibility standards, and human-centered design principles, combined with a consultancy mindset to effectively align design solutions with business goal
- Strong facilitation skills for workshops and stakeholder engagements
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, negotiate and prioritize effectively in multi-cultural environments
- Experience working across various methodologies and levels of project complexity
- Strong analytical judgment, critical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in German and English (both written and spoken)
