Requirements
3+ years of experience in a UX/UI design role
Expertise in user research, interaction design, prototyping tools and design methodologies
Deep knowledge of usability, accessibility standards, and human-centered design principles, combined with a consultancy mindset to effectively align design solutions with business goal
Strong facilitation skills for workshops and stakeholder engagements
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, negotiate and prioritize effectively in multi-cultural environments
Experience working across various methodologies and levels of project complexity
Strong analytical judgment, critical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills
Advanced proficiency in German and English (both written and spoken)
