About this role
Title: UX/UI Developer
Location: REMOTE

Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI)
- SharePoint administration and development
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language:
- C#, C++, JSON, Python, JavaScript, SQL, etc.
- Strong experience as a Lead/Architect:
- Designing and developing Power Apps using M365 Dataverse and/or SQL databases
- Experience managing and administering the Power Platform ecosystem
- Hands-on expertise in:
- Data security and access control policies within SharePoint
- Data modeling and query tools (Power Query in Power BI & Excel)
- Experience managing multiple Power Platform environments:
- Dev / QA / UAT / Production lifecycle management
- Solution promotion and deployment strategies

- UX/UI Design experience
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven) based on business requirements
- Develop and optimize Power Automate workflows for:
- Approvals
- Notifications
- Integrations
- Process automation
- Configure and manage Dataverse:
- Tables, relationships, forms, views, and business rules
- Develop Power BI dashboards and reports for analytics and insights
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with:
- SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, SQL, APIs, and third-party systems
- Troubleshoot:
- Application issues
- Flow failures
- Performance bottlenecks
- User-reported defects
- Support testing and UAT:
- Validate business logic
- Collaborate with stakeholders
- Apply governance and compliance:
- Security roles
- Environment strategy
- DLP policies
- Maintain comprehensive documentation:
- Solution design
- Technical configurations
- Deployment and support procedures
- Collaborate closely with:
- Business Analysts
- Product Owners
- End Users
Expected Deliverables
- Power Apps Solutions: Canvas or Model-driven apps ready for production
- Power Automate Flows: Workflow automation for approvals, notifications, and integrations
- Dataverse/Data Models: Tables, relationships, forms, and business rules
- System Integrations: SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, SQL, APIs, etc.
- Reports & Dashboards: Power BI analytics and embedded reporting
- Custom Components: PCF controls, plugins, reusable components (as needed)
- Security Configuration: Roles, permissions, DLP-compliant setup
- Testing Artifacts: Test cases, defect logs, UAT documentation
- Documentation: Design docs, technical specs, deployment guides, runbooks, user guides
Education Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in:
- Computer Science
- Information Systems
- Engineering
- Or related technical field
