Role Overview
- Oversee end-to-end user administration (joiner–mover–leaver)
- Handle access requests by validating approvals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements
- Create and maintain roles using SAP standard tools
- Investigate and resolve authorization issues
- Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis
- Generate and maintain reports on users, roles, and access distribution
Requirements
- Proven experience in SAP Authorizations support
- Hands-on experience with SAP user and role administration (PFCG, SUIM, SU01)
- Good understanding of authorization troubleshooting tools (SU53, ST01, STAUTHTRACE)
- Familiarity with SoD concepts and GRC processes
- Experience working in ticket-based, SLA-driven environments
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a structured and reliable manner
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Analytical thinking with the ability to investigate and resolve issues effectively
- Risk-aware, security-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in German (B2 level or higher required) and English
