About this role
Role Overview
- Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement treatment plans
- Complete ongoing documentation including diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes
- Maintain a caseload of 15 client sessions per week
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team
Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work or one of the behavioral sciences or related fields
- Eligible for licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
- Has or has applied for LAPC
- Required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
