Conduct monthly outreach in all services to include community events, member activities, member education, site visits, meetings, and member outreach calls
Market value ads, member renewal of benefits, health education, and community resources in field during outreach events, presentations, site visits, member education, and meetings
Conduct proper documentation of outreach activities in Salesforce
Build outreach calendar 90-days out to meet monthly production metrics
Ensure continuous development of strong collaborative relationships with local government, independent school districts, colleges/universities, state agencies and communities, faith based, non-profit, and social service agencies
Meet all departmental standards for quality and compliance of outreach activities
Maintain compliance with all training initiatives to include market training, onboarding, compliance, Texas Health Steps, CHW (Community Health Worker) Health Education topics and annual CVS training modules
Provide support to all social media outreach events and activities
Provide support to all ABHTX (Aetna Better Health of Texas)/CVS Health Outreach Vehicle events/activities
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
2+ years of experience in community outreach within the HMO (Health Maintenance Organization), healthcare, and/or insurance industries
Must reside in Fort Worth, Texas
Willingness to work Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm Central Standard Time, with a willingness to work on evenings & weekends as needed
Ability to travel within Fort Worth, Texas up to 60-75% of the time
5+ years of experience in community outreach within the HMO (Health Maintenance Organization), healthcare, and/or insurance industries preferred
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a closely related field, or an equivalent combination of formal education and recent, related experience preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel)
