Role Overview

• supports the development and implementation of clinical documentation and system updates
• collaborates with clinical subject matter experts and leadership to analyze Medicaid contracts
• works closely with cross-functional business units to ensure compliance with contractual requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification
• knowledge of problem solving and decision-making capabilities
• experience with care management
• Medicaid experience
