Maintaining, sustaining, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance for all facility and grounds.
Support Manufacturing Engineers and technicians as needed to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot equipment and processes.
Creating, implementing, and sustaining facility projects (i.e., new and modified structures and equipment) whether provided internally or through contractors.
Developing and sustaining preventive maintenance for facilities.
Manage MRO supplier relationships for facilities.
Supervising assigned techs and/or engineers.
Managing facility service providers.
Acts as point of contact for support in all environmental programs at plant and supports corporate EHS (PSM).
Responsible for developing and sustaining all facility Juarez procedures.
Communicate and maintain favorable rapport with team leaders, engineering, maintenance, and production associates.
Provide technical leadership and coaching to engineering, maintenance, and production associates.
Owns 5S of general facility and grounds.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
B.S. Engineering
5 years of facilities experience, minimum or 10 years of related experience
3 years people leading experience preferred
Proficient with AutoCad, Solid Works, Minitab, Microsoft Office, and ERP/MRP (JDE/SAP)
Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Demonstrated knowledge of FDA and site regulations for design and change control
Demonstrated knowledge of PSM environmental policies and law
