Role Overview
- Identify, develop, and implement regional sourcing strategies
- Lead, coach, and provide feedback on the Total Delivered Cost sourcing process
- Partner with Global Procurement teams worldwide
- Communicate category strategies to leadership teams
- Develops contract strategies and effectively negotiates key commercial and supply positions
- Own supplier-related escalations and drive fast resolution
- Lead strategic projects that improve procurement processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in procurement, marketing, RDE, finance, or supply chain
- At least 3 years of experience with team leadership.
- Demonstrated history of leadership, teamwork, and project management skills
- Demonstrated skills in clear communication and presentation
