About this role
Role Overview
- Lead the strategic direction and management of data and technology divisions.
- Drive innovation and oversee technology infrastructure.
- Ensure data initiatives align with business goals.
- Set operational priorities and manage budgets.
- Foster collaboration across departments.
- Ensure the highest standards of data governance and security.
Requirements
- Lead the data analytics/dashboard and web/app development service lines.
- Manage P&L for both functions.
- Oversee client delivery for dashboarding, reporting, and website builds.
- Manage team development across both technical skill sets.
Must-Have Experience:
- Management of at least 10 people across multiple technical disciplines.
- Background in either data analytics or web development (with experience managing the other).
- Experience in an agency or professional services environment.
- Direct P&L ownership.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with dashboard tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Experience with web development (WordPress, React, etc.).
- Strong client-facing experience.
