Your commercial awareness will allow you to translate people data into real insight, acting as the bridge between the numbers and the people to keep us on the front foot and moving forward with confidence.
Requirements
A seasoned HR professional with experience in a fast-paced HRBP or similar role, ideally within a manufacturing environment
Proven experience in partnering with senior leaders to influence and deliver people-focused strategies
Proven ability to build people plans that align with business strategy
Ability to diagnose organisational issues and recommend practical, people-focused solutions
Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to translate people data into insight and recommend actions
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and challenge in the right way to achieve the best outcomes
A thorough working knowledge of UK Employment Law and HR best practices
A proactive, professional attitude with a commitment to leading with integrity
A full UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel regularly to our sites across the UK
