Role Overview
- Assist in the management and execution of key programs and projects.
- Support Production Plans by defining and refining production plans.
- Help develop budgets and operational plans for assigned programs.
- Aid in evaluating program performance and identifying improvement areas.
- Provide regular updates on program status to stakeholders.
- Assist in analyzing risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of System Engineering (valued).
- Interest in international projects (valued).
- Familiarity with avionics customers and products (valued).
