Nurture profitable program entity relationships
Retain relationships in an assigned geographic region
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, investigating leads, prospecting, and closing sales
Onboard and train new Customers
Build relationships with agencies/brokerages located in the assigned territory
Protect existing relationships and add new insurance agents to the IPFS portfolio
Conduct needs analyses for prospects and Customers using the IPFS Sales process and Salesforce
Present the IPFS premium finance package and online training for the IPFS Quoting System and Account Info System to qualified targets
Foster good working relationships with IPFS Regional Managers and support Associates

2-3 years of experience in the financial services/insurance related field or marketing experience within an insurance environment
High degree of self-motivation
Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as sales/closing skills
Ability to earn trust with a wide variety of personality types
Leadership skills
Detail-oriented and highly organized
College Graduate or equivalent experience
