Cultivate long-term relationships with property owners (supply) to increase the number of parking sites under management.
Support the Head of Expansion, France on complex "Parking as a Service" (PaaS) projects and public tender responses.
Maximize owners' revenue across the current and future portfolio in France.
Retention & Loyalty: act as a trusted advisor to owners, conducting regular financial and operational reviews to ensure their satisfaction.
Portfolio Expansion: identify and close cross-sell opportunities (new sites with existing owners) and upsell opportunities (EV charging stations or parking operations services).
Asset lifecycle management: oversee the full activation (technical and commercial onboarding) and decommissioning (offboarding) processes for parking sites, ensuring smooth transitions for owners and optimal service continuity.
Strategic collaboration: work with Sales and Marketing teams to develop tailored proposals that meet client needs and enhance the value of their assets.
Financial Performance Management (P&L): maximize the revenue of your portfolio (~150 sites) through yield management, price indexing, and churn reduction strategies.
Strategic analysis & reporting: track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as occupancy rates and revenue per space to provide detailed analyses and actionable recommendations.
Operational excellence: ensure parking sites are activated in accordance with initial agreements and manage critical operational escalations in collaboration with property managers.
Asset enhancement: identify improvement opportunities (technical upgrades, charging stations, etc.) to increase asset value and market relevance.
Business planning: prepare business plans for full parking management solutions and small public parking sites.
Public tenders: lead responses to public tenders (writing, costing, and coordination).
Requirements
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, Real Estate or a related field.
Experience in Account Management, Revenue Management or Finance is highly valued.
Excellent written and spoken French and professional-level English are required.
Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
