Lead requirement elicitation through client interviews and workshops
Analyze business processes and define As‑Is / To‑Be workflows
Define and document business and functional requirements clearly
Produce and clearly explain key BA deliverables, including:
o Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
o Screen definition and screen list
o Interface requirement definitions
o Functional structure / system function allocation diagrams
Lead stakeholder alignment and gain agreement from both clients and development teams
Communicate requirements effectively to engineers, functional consultants, and testers
Support test planning and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Collaborate with Project Managers on scope control, issue management, and change requests
Requirements
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role in IT system development projects
Strong experience in upstream phases, including: Business analysis (As‑Is / To‑Be); Requirements definition (business and functional requirements); Basic functional design and early solution shaping
Solid understanding of system development lifecycle in Waterfall and/or Agile projects
Ability to clearly explain requirements and deliverables and lead consensus among stakeholders
Strong communication, facilitation, and documentation skills
Business‑level English communication skills (written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications : Experience using screen mockup or prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe XD)
Experience supporting requirement clarification using wireframes or prototypes
Experience as a BA for ERP or enterprise systems (D365 F&O, Business Central, SAP, etc.)
Business domain knowledge in manufacturing, logistics, procurement, inventory, accounting, or finance
Experience working in Agile / Scrum projects
Experience with project management or development tools such as JIRA, Redmine, or Azure DevOps
Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 or above, or equivalent experience working with Japanese clients)
