Own the end-to-end management of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms.
Analyze SEA campaign performance and implement corrective actions to optimize return on investment, prioritizing the lowest Cost per Deal and highest MRR impact.
Conduct keyword research and identify optimization opportunities.
Manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient use of allocated resources.
Create and test ads and landing pages to maximize conversion rates.
Analyze performance data using Lookerstudio, GA4, Salesforce, and Hubspot, evaluating metrics such as CPC, CPL, MQL, SQL and MRR.
Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure consistency between organic and paid acquisition strategies.
Sync regularly with Sales Development to refine lead quality and improve full-funnel conversion rates.
Provide regular reports on campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Identify and test new platforms and growth opportunities specific to the B2B landscape.
Requirements
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment.
Excellent proficiency with SEA/SMA platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Proven track record managing 7-figure annual budgets with a focus on revenue efficiency.
Good knowledge of bid management and campaign automation tools.
An analytical mind with the ability to interpret data and make decisions based on KPIs.
Autonomy, rigor, and the ability to work in a team.
Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
