Grafana Labs is a remote-first, open-source powerhouse with over 20M users of its visualization tool. The Regional Marketing Manager will drive integrated marketing programs across the Americas East and Canada, focusing on pipeline generation and customer expansion through field marketing and account-based marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with regional Sales leaders to define marketing priorities, target accounts, and programs aligned to pipeline and revenue goals
- Drive regional events strategy and lead end-to-end execution of virtual and in-person programs, including logistics, vendors, and attendee experience
- Collaborate with Sales and SDR teams to ensure strong lead follow-up, conversion, and pipeline progression
- Build and execute ABM strategies targeting key accounts, aligned with global campaigns, and tailored to regional needs
- Leverage AI and automation to improve targeting, personalization, campaign execution, and performance analysis
- Partner cross-functionally with all marketing teams, GTM functions, and key stakeholders, including Finance
- Manage budgets, timelines, and vendors, and proactively identify risks and resolve issues
Requirements:
- Located in the Eastern time zone
- 5+ years in field/regional marketing, demand generation, or related role
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to improve targeting, personalization, campaign execution, and performance analysis
- Proven experience driving pipeline through integrated marketing programs
- Strong collaboration with Sales teams and understanding of pipeline mechanics
- Experience with both hosted and third-party events
- Experience with Salesforce (reporting, campaign tracking) and marketing tools (e.g., SplashThat, Zuddl, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel (~40%)
