The Regional Vice President (Florida) is responsible for offering strategic direction and leadership to the Company’s marinas
Assist with the formulation of financial and business plans and/or goals to achieve targets
Establish operating plans, goals, and targets and work with the regional support team to execute
Provide leadership and direction to all assigned direct reports within a specified region
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal government regulations
Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with local government authorities

Bachelor’s Degree, required
Three to five (3-5) years of multi-unit management experience required
Eight to fourteen (8-14) years of supervisory experience required
Must be a business partner with developed business acumen and a strategic mindset with an ability to formulate creative solutions
Must demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office products to include Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Must be able to complete a background check deemed acceptable by the Company
