Assist with the formulation of financial and business plans and/or goals and targets to achieve the appropriate regional and marina financial and guest experience
Establish operating plans, goals, and targets and work with the regional support team to execute
Review ongoing performance against plan and provide ongoing coaching to support plan achievement
Provide leadership and direction to all assigned direct reports within a specified region to ensure that all assigned marinas achieve goals and objectives for gross revenue, net operating income, guest satisfaction, and employee engagement
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal government regulations including, but not limited to OSHA, EPA, USACE, DOL, FLSA, FCC, and ABC
Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with local government authorities, as well as leading the process of working with the appropriate local government authorities to extend ground and/or land leases to operate the business, and, as appropriate, lead the process to receive approval from local authorities for value-add projects
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree, required
Three to five (3-5) years of multi-unit management experience required
Eight to fourteen (8-14) years of supervisory experience required
Must be a business partner with developed business acumen and a strategic mindset with an ability to formulate creative solutions
Must demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office products to include Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Must be decisive and able to exercise careful and reasoned judgments having substantial impact on the organization
Must be able to complete a background check deemed acceptable by the Company
Must have the ability to adjust to changing priorities, work calmly under pressure, and manage ambiguity
Must be able to supervise, lead, and motivate a team
