About this role
Role Overview
Own post-implementation customer relationships, ensuring maximum value from products
Manage 4-6 complex accounts, understanding customer processes and competitive landscapes
Own renewals and drive contract expansion, identifying upsell opportunities
Strengthen CS processes, working with the Commercial Operations Manager
Ensure smooth transitions from implementation to ongoing management
Advocate for customers internally, driving product and tech feedback
Requirements
3-6 years in B2B SaaS customer success, strategic account management, or similar enterprise customer-facing role
Industry knowledge in air cargo, aviation, logistics, or travel tech is a strong advantage
Commercially minded, understanding renewals, upsell, and account growth
Structured problem-solver, taking messy situations and breaking them into clear plans
Exceptional written and verbal communicator, handling various formats
Business-level English required, additional languages are a plus.
