Ensure the proper functioning of installed equipment and systems and provide instruction to users in the use, operation, and maintenance of equipment.
Make scheduled visits to customers to make installations and / or changes in equipment.
Carry out the installation of various equipment and components and carry out compatibility tests whenever required.
Attend and resolve technical queries presented by his superiors and clients related to the work he develops; interpret blueprints and diagrams of the electronic equipment and software systems that it maintains; requests the materials, spare parts, instruments, and other supplies necessary to carry out the work.
Ensure that all the services provided are duly documented and that they are duly signed and accepted by the client.

Requirements
Fluent in English. High Proficiency level (must).
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) (must).
2+ years of experience in a networking role (must).
Knowledge in LAN, WAN (must).
Knowledge of Meraki LAN and Wireless (must).
Experience with routing protocols, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP.
Structured cabling.
Knowledge in Data Center (plus).
Excellent skills in developing processes and procedures for customers.
Excellent oral communication skills, writing and presentation skills.
Ability to interact with clients in a professional, articulate manner.
