As a Senior Event Manager / Project Manager (m/f/d) based in Munich, you plan and manage creative live experiences for national and international clients — from intimate events to large-scale productions.
You take the lead in bringing creative event concepts to life, ensuring unique events and satisfied clients.
Consultative personality: You build and maintain client relationships within your projects, advise them as needed, and lead project meetings.
Organizational talent: You coordinate and manage all suppliers involved in your events and plan the resources for your project teams.
Commercial skills: You prepare costings for new proposals, monitor budgets and handle project accounting — including reporting and documentation.
Idea generator: You continuously develop our live, online and hybrid formats and contribute to cross-team projects.
Requirements
Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
At least 5 years of professional experience in event management, including contract negotiations, pitches, budgeting and leading smaller teams
Confident German and English communication skills (spoken and written)
Proficient in common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Team-oriented with a structured working style, advisory, negotiation and problem-solving skills, and strong business acumen
Willingness to travel (approx. 15% of the role)
