As a Senior Event Manager / Project Manager (m/f/d) at our Berlin office, you plan and manage creative live experiences for national and international clients — from intimate events to large-scale productions.
Producer/Implementer: You take the lead in bringing creative event concepts to life, ensuring unique events and satisfied clients.
Consultant: You build and develop client relationships within your projects, advise clients according to their needs, and lead project meetings.
Organisational talent: You coordinate and manage all service providers involved in your events and plan the resources for your project teams.
Commercial expertise: You prepare estimates for new proposals, monitor budgets, and handle project billing — including reporting and documentation.
Idea generator: You continuously develop our live, online, and hybrid formats and contribute to cross-team projects.
Requirements
Completed commercial/business training or equivalent qualification
At least 5 years of professional experience in event management, including contract negotiations, pitching, budgeting, and leading smaller teams
Confident verbal and written communication skills in German and English
Proficient in standard MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Team-oriented, structured working style, consulting, negotiation and problem-solving skills, and a business-minded approach
Willingness to travel (approx. 15% of the role)
