Senior Project Manager – Meetings, Events & Conferences

Role Overview

• As a Senior Event Manager / Project Manager (m/f/d) at our Berlin office, you plan and manage creative live experiences for national and international clients — from intimate events to large-scale productions.
• Producer/Implementer: You take the lead in bringing creative event concepts to life, ensuring unique events and satisfied clients.
• Consultant: You build and develop client relationships within your projects, advise clients according to their needs, and lead project meetings.
• Organisational talent: You coordinate and manage all service providers involved in your events and plan the resources for your project teams.
• Commercial expertise: You prepare estimates for new proposals, monitor budgets, and handle project billing — including reporting and documentation.
• Idea generator: You continuously develop our live, online, and hybrid formats and contribute to cross-team projects.

Requirements

• Completed commercial/business training or equivalent qualification
• At least 5 years of professional experience in event management, including contract negotiations, pitching, budgeting, and leading smaller teams
• Confident verbal and written communication skills in German and English
• Proficient in standard MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Team-oriented, structured working style, consulting, negotiation and problem-solving skills, and a business-minded approach
• Willingness to travel (approx. 15% of the role)
