Supports daily operational needs within Derma Digital Workplace
Prepares basic operational follow-ups related to Digital Workplace topics
Acts as a support point for Digital Workplace escalations, helping coordinate next steps with all stakeholders
Supports basic budget and actuals follow-up for Digital Workplace and IT operational topics (Purchase Orders' creation, Good Receipt, Invoice Posting, Budget tracking)
Requirements
Experience in admin support, finance ops, procurement, or PMO
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel); SAP experience is a plus.
Fluent in English language (written & spoken)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
Strong communication skills with multicultural teams.
