Customer communication: Handling inquiries via inbound and outbound telephone calls, email, and chat.
Customer support: As the first point of contact, you assist our customers with questions. With your product expertise you help existing customers with their needs and inquiries regarding their pet health insurance plans.
Knowledge management: You support the creation and ongoing development of our digital knowledge base.
Process optimization and automation: You make an important contribution to improving and optimizing our processes and the customer journey within Customer Success.
Requirements
Experience in customer support: You have previous experience in customer service or similar roles involving customer contact.
Organizational skills and teamwork: You have organizational and communication skills. Your team spirit, combined with flexibility, makes you a valuable asset. You bring openness and motivation and demonstrate a willingness to actively help shape a dynamic company.
Veterinary knowledge is a plus.
Interest in insurance topics: You are curious about the insurance field or willing to learn and work in this area.
MS Office skills: Ideally, you have knowledge of MS Office applications.
Language skills for the workplace: You have excellent German skills (at least C1) spoken and written. Additionally, you have fluent English.
