Be the Trusted Advisor: Act as the primary point of contact and strategic liaison between our clients and the Verbolia team.
Navigate & Expand: Map out complex customer organizations to uncover new opportunities for partnership and internal product applications.
Maintain a high-touch relationship with your portfolio to ensure they are consistently realizing and exceeding the full potential of our technology.
Lead the onboarding journey for new customers, ensuring a seamless transition and immediate engagement with the platform.
Conduct high-impact, one-on-one demos tailored to specific client needs, turning technical features into business solutions.
Deep-dive into product usage and performance indicators to identify specific, actionable SEO/GEO improvement opportunities for every client.
Build and execute bespoke engagement plans that align Verbolia’s capabilities with the client's long-term business goals.
Act as the internal 'Voice of the Customer,' directly influencing our product development roadmap based on your frontline insights.
Partner closely with the Sales team to identify and close upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion opportunities.
Requirements
You have 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a strategic role within a SaaS environment or a Digital Marketing agency.
You are a Native French speaker with the ability to navigate complex business nuances.
You are also fluent in English (written and spoken) to collaborate with our international team and global clients.
You have a data-driven mindset. You don’t just look at charts; you understand what they mean for a client's ROI.
You are comfortable presenting to stakeholders at all levels, from end-user to C-level.
A solid understanding of SEO/GEO is an advantage.
You are highly organized and can manage multiple client lifecycles simultaneously.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus as it will help you understand our product.
You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You don’t wait for solutions; you create them.
