Clinical Specialist – Intensive Care

Role Overview

• In this role you are the on-site face of our therapy.
• You combine clinical expertise with technical know‑how.
• You train physicians and nursing staff in the operation of our medical devices directly at leading hospitals.
• You support the use of the therapy at the patient’s bedside and provide consultative guidance to clinical teams.
• You act as the link between users and our development team.
• You organize workshops and serve as the primary contact for professional and technical questions.
• You will travel throughout Germany (and occasionally internationally) to bring high‑tech solutions where they are needed.

Requirements

• You are a qualified nurse with solid experience in intensive care (ideally with additional certification in Anaesthesia & Intensive Care).
• You have a deep understanding of complex medical devices and an enthusiasm for innovative technologies.
• You are a strong communicator, present confidently, and enjoy teaching and motivating others.
• You work independently, are flexible, and have a high willingness to travel.
• Excellent German is required; good knowledge of English, French or Italian is a strong advantage.
