Manage the complete lifecycle of HR projects by applying PMO standards and methodologies.
Analyze the potential impacts and issues of projects on various stakeholders, including People Analytics, HRMS, and HR IT teams.
Coordinate deployment with various multidisciplinary teams while ensuring objectives, timelines, and deliverables are met.
Ensure project governance by producing progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for steering committees.
Communicate changes according to the approval cycle and prepare the agenda based on approved and upcoming changes.
Act as a change agent to assess and communicate the impact of transformations on various operational teams.
Develop and deploy change management strategies tailored to different audiences.
Document business requirements using PMO document templates and ensure traceability of requirements.
Define performance indicators and measure the success of initiatives.
Ensure knowledge transfer and post-project documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in project management, human resources, information technology, or any combination of relevant and equivalent training and experience
At least 3 to 5 years in a similar role of project manager
Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools (JIRA, Confluence, Workday), and best practices (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
Knowledge of Agile methodology and experience in an Agile environment
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification (Scrum Master, SAFe), an asset
Understanding of HRMS systems and HR digital transformation challenges
Experience in HR and technology context is an asset
Demonstrated experience in project management involving HRMS systems or HR analytics tools, a major asset
Knowledge of the insurance industry (an asset)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to simplify complex concepts
Ability to influence and mobilize multidisciplinary teams without hierarchical authority
Adaptability to a changing environment and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Quick learner with strategic thinking to challenge the status quo
Collaborative spirit and ability to work in a matrix mode with various teams
Bilingualism (French / English) is required.
