Technical responsibility for the development and further enhancement of national and international existing real estate assets
Development of initial project, use and planning concepts including building design (service phases 1–4 according to HOAI)
Analysis and assessment of existing structures to serve as a basis for decision-making at the portfolio level
Technical management and coordination of internal and external project participants as well as public authorities
Preparation and maintenance of technical base documents, area surveys and digital planning documentation

Degree in Architecture or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in planning construction projects, ideally in the context of existing properties and shopping centers
Experience in general planning or in a coordinating/controlling planning role
Very good knowledge of AutoCAD (Architecture); experience with database-driven systems (e.g., CRM) is an advantage
Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style
Strong communication and coordination skills when dealing with diverse stakeholders
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken; good English skills are an advantage
