Requirements
Several years of experience in Salesforce development, ideally as a Technical Architect, with a focus on nonprofit organizations.
Solid knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Apex and Lightning, and experience with the NPSP package and/or Nonprofit Cloud.
Familiarity with the processes of NGOs and foundations and their specific requirements.
Strong conceptual skills in mapping client requirements into Salesforce features and workflows.
Experience with best practices in the Salesforce ecosystem.
Leadership skills in technical teams as well as clear and effective stakeholder communication.
Desired certifications: Salesforce CTA (Certified Technical Architect) or Certified System Architect.
Excellent German and English language skills, combined with strong communication abilities.
