- Tailoring your approach to meet the unique requirements of each client
- Producing technically accurate, high‑quality reports and correspondence
- Building strong, trusted relationships with clients, brokers, policyholders, and internal teams
- Representing Davies with professionalism and integrity at all times
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve outstanding outcomes—both individually and as part of a wider team
- Identifying opportunities to strengthen existing client relationships and support new business
- Leveraging the wider Davies Group to deliver exceptional value to policyholders
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within high net worth or major loss adjusting
- Progress toward (or completion of) ACILA, FCILA, or equivalent professional qualifications
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- A calm, dependable, and persistent approach—especially when the pressure is on
- A track record of handling general property and high‑value claims
- Experience with major losses is highly desirable
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment
- A commitment to excellence and technical accuracy
- A full, clean driving licence
