Content Creator – Personal Branding, LinkedIn & Social Media

Role Overview

• Transform raw material (conversations, ideas, client projects) into strong LinkedIn posts
• Plan and independently execute a content calendar (approx. 6–8 posts per month)
• Prepare client successes and case studies in a journalistic style
• Analyze post performance and derive recommendations for future content
• Support preparation of testimonial videos and other content materials

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration or equivalent — or demonstrable experience as a freelancer
• Excellent written and spoken German — clear, non-academic writing style
• Strong sense for storytelling and B2B communication in German-speaking markets
• Interest in AI topics and SME-related issues (you don't have to be an expert, but be curious)
• Independent working style — you don't require daily briefings
