Responsible for the delivery of medium and large complexity projects, changes and workstreams of larger initiatives.
Plan and manage the lifecycle end-to-end, from Vision to Outcome Realisation.
Champion the Transformation agenda and best practices both within IT and the Business.
Lead medium to large projects or workstreams within a programme/portfolio.
Define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
Manage projects using the Change Delivery Framework and tools to agreed time, quality and cost.
Work with the Project Sponsor to build a robust business case for each project.
Collaborate in change management activities and embed activities that ensure business readiness and adoption.

Experience of successfully delivering complex change with competing priorities.
Experience of managing multiple concurrent projects of differing scale and scope
Practical experience of planning and resource scheduling within the project process
Formal Project Management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP) or membership (e.g. APM, PMI) desirable.
Change Management qualification (e.g. APMG) advantageous
Ideally be educated to Degree level or equivalent
Extensive experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Proficient in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and similar tools.
