Online Marketing Strategist

Role Overview

• Strategic advancement of clients and digital business models
• Planning, conception and implementation of comprehensive online marketing strategies
• Conducting and facilitating strategic workshops (marketing, content, AI)
• Development of SEO and SEA strategies including implementation and optimization
• Management and development of social media strategies
• Designing content strategies aligned with clearly defined goals and KPIs
• Use of AI tools and AI strategies to improve efficiency and quality
• Continuous monitoring, analysis and performance optimization
• Close collaboration in interdisciplinary teams with a high degree of personal responsibility

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in online marketing
• Experience in strategic development and consulting for clients
• At least 5 verifiable successful reference projects
• Strong advisory skills and experience conducting strategic workshops
• Advanced skills in SEO, SEA, social media and digital marketing ecosystems
• High technological and AI affinity and active use of AI in daily work
• Strong data-driven mindset and confident handling of KPIs and analytics tools
• Highly self-directed, structured approach to work in interdisciplinary teams
