Lead and manage complex technical programs from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Define and refine program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with product management, engineering leads, and other cross-functional teams.
Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk assessments, and communication strategies.
Proactively identify, track, and mitigate program risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on program status, decisions, and challenges.
Utilize data-driven insights to facilitate effective decision-making and enhance the reporting of delivery metrics.
Adapt to changing project responsibilities and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and a solution-oriented mindset.
Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and tools, contributing to the evolution of our Program Management Office.
Design program governance frameworks that balance agility with accountability.
Mentor and guide junior team members on program management best practices.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field with a minimum of 5 years of technical program management experience OR 7+ years of technical program management experience, within the B2B SaaS sector as a plus.
Proven ability to deliver complex technical programs successfully within a startup or high-growth setting.
Deep understanding of software development life cycles (SDLCs) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), complemented by proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Experience in developing and enhancing scalable processes.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with an emphasis on executive communication.
Adept at navigating ambiguity, adapting to change, and achieving results in dynamic environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
Demonstrated capacity to influence without direct authority.
PMP, CSM, or other pertinent certifications are considered a plus.
Experience within the fraud prevention, security, or FinTech sectors is also a plus.
