About this role

Lead the identification, sourcing, and execution of municipal natural gas and power prepayment transactions
Design, model, and execute complex structured energy financing transactions
Maintain and expand a senior-level network of relationships with prepaid suppliers, qualifying use participants
Partner with trading desks to source physical volumes and implement hedging strategies
Drive transactions from structuring through execution
Consult and collaborate with peers, senior leaders, and cross-functional partners
Provide thought leadership on industry trends, regulatory developments, and structural innovations

7+ years of Securities Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
5+ years of experience in capital markets, energy origination, commodities, or municipal finance at a top-tier financial institution or merchant energy firm.
