About this role

Lead technical support and development projects for Korean customers
Coordinate product industrialization and ensure compliance with automotive standards (IATF 16949, PPAP)
Act as the key technical liaison between local customers and global Umicore teams
Monitor fuel cell and electrolysis market trends and competitor activities
Attend technical conferences and collaborate with universities and government partners
Support global business development initiatives with local market insights
Collaborate with R&D, sales, and industrialization teams to meet customer requirements
Contribute to global internal projects as a Korean market expert

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry or Engineering
Korean & English fluency required for both written and spoken
Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in Fuel Cell application, especially MEA design, testing and optimization
Deep understanding of automotive supply industry standards
Strong project management and customer support skills
Additional language skills are a plus
