About this role
Role Overview
Handle customer interactions via voice calls and Microsoft Teams;
Guide customers on using company systems and the corporate app;
Explain features, processes, workflows and operational requirements;
Assist with sending documentation and understanding usage rules;
Address inquiries related to sensitive shipments (high volume or high value);
Comply with safety standards applied in the transportation and logistics sector;
Record interactions, referrals and information in the system;
Escalate requests according to the defined support/escalation process.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent;
Ability to work in a remote/home-office model;
Have an appropriate home-office workspace (desk, chair and a noise-free environment);
Reside in São Paulo / Greater São Paulo;
Availability to work on-site at the office in Vila Olímpia when required by the company/management;
Wired internet connection with more than 10 Mbps (do not use Wi‑Fi);
Good verbal and written communication skills;
Consultative, patient and solution-oriented profile;
Ability to explain processes and guide users;
Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
