Lead I&C engineering across tenders and bids, including client workshops, strategic questioning, risk/opportunity evaluation, value engineering options, and delivery planning (resourcing, sequencing, labour histograms and cost inputs)
Provide technical leadership for I&C scope through front-end engineering and project delivery, ensuring designs meet specifications, standards, safety requirements, and client expectations
Develop project methods and support innovation by engaging with new approaches, contractors and solution options
Manage schedules, risks, scope and critical path items to protect key milestones and support effective transitions between project stages
Coordinate construction engineering activities, ensuring method statements are implemented, temporary works responsibilities are followed, and re‑planning is communicated effectively
Support commissioning readiness and execution, including interfaces with commissioning leadership, punch list management, LOTO alignment, and completion of as‑built documentation
Apply and promote digital engineering tools to support design coordination, site planning and collaboration, including utilities identification and constructability considerations
Drive compliance and quality outcomes, incorporating sound governance, risk management and WHS due diligence
Mentor and develop less experienced engineers and contribute to team performance, accountability and continuous improvement.
