Act as a Territory Manager overseeing portfolios of Shell resellers;
Responsible for commercial management, implementing sales plans, prospecting new business and monitoring KPIs (volume, margin, growth, marketing), ensuring results and sustainability;
Identify performance gaps across all aspects of the offering to customers/resellers (marketing offerings, customer tools, processes and support that help deliver our value proposition to the customer);
Maximize sales potential to secure Raízen’s interests through coaching and motivation processes with customers/resellers; and ensure resellers comply with Health, Safety and Environment standards, contracts and policies in their operations.
Requirements
Experience in commercial/sales roles, preferably in positions with higher complexity and responsibility;
Analytical profile with a strong strategic vision, resilience and adaptability to different scenarios;
Professional maturity to conduct negotiations in a strategic, clear manner aligned with the interests of the business and the customer;
Proficient in Microsoft Office (intermediate/advanced);
Bachelor's degree (completed);
Willingness to reside in the Mata Mineira region, in Manhuaçu, Muriaé or Governador Valadares;
Experience in the fuels industry is a plus.
