Advise and support our clients and client teams on site and take responsibility within the project
Provide structure and methodology to clients’ construction teams
Responsible for schedule coordination on site
Mediate between different dependencies and interfaces of the project teams
Act as process expert on site and as the contact person; moderate meetings, workshops and discussions during assignments
Train and support project teams and subcontractors in LEAN methodology
Conduct overall project analyses, process recordings, pull planning, and more, and visualize the results
Process collected data into metrics (KPIs) to make construction progress measurable
Develop and optimize project-specific site layout planning and work preparation
Contribute to the creation of schedules and support work preparation, converting process recordings into project schedules (Asta Powerproject and MS Project)
Requirements
Completed degree in a construction-related field (engineering) — Bachelor and/or Master — with at least 3 years of professional experience (civil engineering or equivalent)
Fundamental knowledge of construction processes in execution, fit-out or infrastructure construction
Experience in work preparation and site facility planning is helpful but not a prerequisite
Team player with strong social skills, but able to work independently
Good IT skills in MS Office 365; ideally also experience with scheduling software such as Asta Powerproject or MS Project
A pronounced service mindset and a structured way of working are a matter of course for you
Ideally experience in LEAN (Construction) Management and/or Virtual Design & Construction — this can also be learned on the job
Open and interested in new developments and innovations
Willingness to be deployed at different locations across Southern Germany and Austria for 2–3 days per week
