About this role
Role Overview
Technical customer support for our products, services, workflows, and integration options.
Development of customer-specific solutions in close collaboration with Customer Success, Sales, and Product Development.
Responsibility for technical project implementation including integrations, scheduling, resource management, and quality assurance.
1st and 2nd level support.
Support for proposal and sales processes, including participation in customer meetings and tender procedures.
Requirements
Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT specialist in system integration) or an equivalent qualification — a university degree is not required.
Experience in IT support and technical customer consulting, ideally in healthcare (e.g., hospitals, medical practices/centers, health authorities).
Knowledge of IT system architectures, HL7/FHIR interfaces, DICOM, and data protection and IT security in healthcare.
Solid knowledge of network technologies, VPN, and NAT.
Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, customer focus, teamwork, and the ability to work independently.
Experience with Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
