Role Overview
- Oversee all customer interfacing operations in the fulfillment center
- Responsible for overall site leadership and operational performance
- Manage a multi-shift, 7 day per week, variable volume fulfillment operation
- Lead teams to guide a safe working environment for employees
- Develop and implement short-term and long range goals
- Determine improvements for cost reduction and service speed
- Lead projects to optimize cost of transportation
- Participate in network or company-wide activities
Requirements
- 10+ years leading large-scale distribution operations
- 5+ years experience leading leaders in a large-scale distribution operation
- Operational experience including leading complex operations
- Experience motivating leaders to get the most of their people
- Be a strategic culture influencer
- Financial and budgeting skills, P&L experience
- Detailed experience in fulfillment systems (WMS, WCS, TMS, YMS)
- Experience reporting and using Excel (can perform complex functions)
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering required
