Plan, assign, and oversee the production and distribution of editorial content on the portal and social media platforms;
Manage production schedules, content calendars and workflows, and monitor deliveries with the newsroom and external suppliers;
Analyze audience and performance metrics, generating insights to revise content and support decision-making;
Produce studies, analyses, and benchmarks to propose new products, formats, and improvements to the portal;
Work cross-functionally with teams such as Data, Technology, Partnerships, Projects, and Commercial;
Apply and test Artificial Intelligence tools to optimize workflows, support production, and drive editorial innovation;
Support the continuous development of SEO strategies focused on journalistic content.

Proven experience in content production and management for news websites or news portals;
Experience with multiplatform editorial content;
Practical knowledge of SEO strategies applied to content (not e-commerce);
Strong analytical skills, using data to inform editorial decisions;
Good communication and the ability to work with different squads and stakeholders;
Autonomy, organization, and strategic vision.

Desired Qualifications:

Degree in Journalism, Communication, Languages/Literature, or related fields;
Interest in and curiosity about new technologies, digital trends, and content consumption;
Enthusiastic attitude toward Artificial Intelligence, open to testing, learning, and applying new solutions (being an expert is not required);
Previous experience in editorial innovation projects or in applying AI to content;
Experience working in agile, collaborative environments.
