Responsible for a portfolio of consumer and civil litigation cases;
Drafting all procedural documents for the portfolio;
Entering and updating information in the firm's and clients' case management systems;
Case monitoring and procedural follow-up;
Other routine portfolio-related activities.
Requirements
Active OAB/SP registration (São Paulo Bar Association);
Law degree completed; postgraduate studies in the area will be considered a plus;
Knowledge of Consumer and Civil Law;
Experience with Civil Procedure;
Strong writing and analytical reasoning skills;
Ability to work well in a team;
Good communication skills and professional demeanor;
Ability to manage large volumes of work and urgent demands;
Oral and written communication skills;
Dependability and regular attendance.
