Manage all aspects of various worldwide tax projects, including analyzing relevant tax law for tax planning transactions;
Work with foreign and domestic tax advisors to understand relevant tax rules;
Partner with multiple business units to understand both domestic and foreign tax implications;
Review financial models to illustrate the tax consequences of various alternatives;
Work with Governmental Affairs, Investor Relations, and Communications to promote the Company's legislative priorities;
Communicate complex technical tax issues to Senior Management and internal/external stakeholders;
Negotiate, draft and review tax provisions in deal documents;
Prepare and review technical tax memoranda;
Manage and develop team members.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
