Provide structured support for litigation in the Post-Sales department
Assist in preparing contract addenda and terminations
Prepare detailed account statements to support process execution
Prepare management closing reports
Support monitoring of construction projects
Regularly send extrajudicial notices to delinquent customers
Record and track approval of purchase orders
Submit documents for payment processing
Support the preparation and management of the department budget
Organize and forward documentation to the supporting legal office
Assist in drafting and following up on settlement proposals for clients already involved in litigation.

Technical or higher education (in progress or completed) in Administration, Law, Management Processes, or related fields
Familiarity with preparing management reports
Experience supporting legal proceedings and case monitoring
Knowledge of contract terminations, addenda, and judicial settlements
