About this role
Role Overview
Assume responsibility for strategically important customers
Build strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers
Develop and implement commercialization and marketing strategies
Identify market opportunities and pursue new business development
Lead contract and commercial terms negotiations
Independently manage the customer portfolio operationally
Orchestrate customer-specific initiatives to maximize conversion impact
Work closely with internal teams
Actively contribute to the overall sales strategy
Monitor the market and prepare regular reports
Requirements
Commercial training or a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (FH/University)
3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management
Experience in the consumer goods or household appliances sector is a plus
Motivated by new business acquisition and business development
Initial leadership experience is an advantage
Very strong conceptual and analytical skills
Strong advisory, sales, and negotiation skills
Strong solution orientation with a focus on sustainable business models
Fluent German, both written and spoken
Good French and English skills are an advantage
