About this role
Role Overview
Own and elevate benefits programs end-to-end
Design, implement, and manage global employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, retirement, and disability
Lead and administer open enrollment, benefits communications, and employee education
Build strong benefit partnerships, managing broker and vendor relationships
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Enhance and optimize benefits systems and oversee benefits billing
Serve as the go-to expert for employee questions
Guide employees and managers through company-sponsored leaves and ensure compliance
Support other HRIS and benefits system enhancements and deliver data-driven insights
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of relevant experience in benefits administration
Hands on-experience with HRIS/Benefits administration systems, preferably with Workday
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with proficiency in Excel and data analysis
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs, compliance requirements, and best practices
Experience managing benefit or leave brokers, vendors, and negotiating contracts
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain complex benefits concepts in a clear and engaging manner
